So this criticism should go both ways, if it's a criticism at all. It's a message forum after all, people should be able to post what they want without others saying what to post. Whether positive or negative (and by who's standards would you even draw the line here?) I don't think it's possible for anyone to even arbitrate that fairly.

I would agree for the most part ... I certainly roll my eyes that those that defend every single thing Flame and never waiver from that defense mechanism.
I lean to the positive for sure ... I do in most things in life. I don't have that default "everything is going to suck" angle on things, and for that I'm sure I annoy some.
But to me the difference has always been the fact that negativity and positivity aren't equal. It's a fan site. People here should be fans.
I think anyone who holds to everything is either perfect or doomed as defaults are incredulous, but at least the positive person fits the "fan" definition more closely (admiration, etc)
