People living in trailer parks donate their hand-to-mouth paychecks to Donald Trump to entrench what is essentially political team sports. So yes, I am saying - given the incentive is there - that would happen. If I were a soulless business tycoon who didn't care about exploiting people, that's what I would target. A strong message delivered with charisma is worth more to people than meeting their basic needs.

And unlike American politics, real team sports (outside of Edmonton) don't have
a bought-and-paid, unconditional pipeline of propaganda to brainwash fans into supporting a product with no hope.
