Stone, Pietrangelo, Marchessault, Martinez (core?), Smith (core?) over 30.
So at best it looks like a 50/50 split depending on who you figure is core and how deep down the roster you go. But even with the shallowest view I think it is fair to say 50/50 with Eichel, Thompson/Hill, Theordore vs. Stone, Marcehssault, Pietrangelo.

Being 30 is in your 30's. So go ahead and add Karlsson to that list as well.
So now you have Pietrangelo, Marchessault, Stone and Karlsson. I don't see Martinez or Smith as core guys. But I also don't really view Barbashev as one either. He did play great in the playoffs. But a guy with 60 points once and other then that not really close, isn't really a core guy. I mean McNabb played really good in the finals, but I don't see him as a "core" guy. The point is, there's lots of 30 p!us players on the roster. So who's the one feeding this board BS?
