I dunno. So the users still get fines, unless they accept treatment, but how does that even work when Oregon ranks dead last in access to treatment? It’s like they set this up to fail.

However, if there were safe consumptions sites, maybe the cops or EMS wouldn’t have to make this part of their routine. Seems like there are pretty reasonable solutions to this, provided you’re not set in puritanical thinking.
