Couple of things. Tony K needs to start acting like a boss and not a buddy. The best scenario. Fire both guys, fire Punk for being an idiot. Fire Perry for being a moron who thinks he knows it all. More then one vet was telling him that using real glass is a stupid idea, and it is. But he thinks he knows it all. The undertaker would have kicked the hell out of him, if he refused to listen. Or put a serious career cramp on Perry.
But at some point, Tony is going to have to push the nuclear button in terms of the control of his company. For crying out loud he's got a cast of what feels like hundreds that are sitting at home collecting playchecks which is very WCW like. Chop some of those guys too.
The booking is really poor. The build up to All in was really poor. While they got a huge crowd for it, a good build up would have made it special and built story lines for months. Instead it was basically an episode of Dynamite with a larger crowd, and at the next event it was sparsley populated.
There are too many voices yammering at Tony. Jericho is just awful, and his creativity shows why Vince was filtering him so hard. But having his buddies as EVP's and giving them what amounts to creative control hamstrings Tony.
He needs to seriously create another position above EVP's and below him that can act like a filter for Tony. Or enforce the stupid ideas rule that they enacted a month or two before. This can't be an active wrestler, it needs to be a serious talent manager with a short temper.
