Kieza just played Olympia Plaza to a crowd of dozens on a Wednesday night and hardly anybody knew it. You could just walk through the park and stroll up to front row. She just recovered from a terrible accident and had to re-learn how to use her body and move through re-training and physio therapy.
She tried to get a 403! 403! chant going and her pipes were probably the best I've ever heard in my life in live music. Next to Prince and Chromeo, this is probably the best live show I've ever been to because it was so surreal. She played new songs as well that nobody's ever heard of before. I didn't realize how much I love early 90s dance music.
