That they didn't seem surprised by it or alarmed by it (i.e. calling an ambulance, rushing to a doctor for a stroke) means it could be a known condition. They said that kind of thing can happen with Parkinson’s. I don't know about the symptom but the point about their reactions makes sense.

What drives someone to the point where they'd subject themselves to that kind of public episode?? What's the benefit? So strange.
It looks to me that he may have had a transient ischemic attack (TIA) or mini stroke. It becomes more common with age.
