The last episode with the prolonged training sequence. Then the meeting, where the government....yet again....doesn't see the dark side sneaking up, then the "action" sequence where the entire sequence was eaten up by the apprentice learning to reshoot the rear cannons, and the rebuilding the death sta....I mean hyperdrive circle. There was nothing new there and the acting was wooden. It was boring.

So far I'd put this beneath the Obi Wan series. Not in the same conversation as Andor or the Mandalorian.
Fair enough, but the reasons for those scenes being included were fairly obvious. You had to have a reason for Ahsoka and Sabine getting stranded in their mission (so they alone will be taken through the gate to this galaxy), as well as set up why the new Republic are susceptible to being blindsided by the looming threat - ignorance and neglect.

I mean if you can't endure ten minutes of necessary character development and plot set up then you must have a low threshold for what will hold your attention.

The training was pretty cool. Very kurusawa-like, which is where George drew inspiration from. Thought the training holograms on the droid were cool as hell. But sure, it dragged for a couple minutes too long when they could've potentially done a quick montage.

There's a plethora of slower-burn shows out there filled with less meaningful filler scenes that people binge. I don't know why these 30 minute episodes that are entirely focused on the main plot line are difficult to sit through (while Obi-Wan wasted ample time on Reva only to make her arc a meaningless circle that could've been cut out entirely with no effect on the outcome of the series), but to each their own.
