All testing points to realistically no power difference between clipless and flat anyway, just a change in your technique and in some cases even faster.

Apparently the GRX800 crank arm works fine on a GRX600 system, just the inside where the power meter mounts is different, so that can be used with a 4iiii if it fits (frame clearance). Other options are discussed in this thread.
