I hadn't watched Rebels.

I thought I tuned into the second episode by mistake because it felt like I had missed a bunch of introductions. Pretty lost. Watched the first episode of Rebels afterwards and more made sense.

I don't generally like cartoons (of any type), but I guess that's just part of the backstory now. I made it to season 6 of Clone wars, but it was honestly a slog. I'll take another run at it.

I know it's only two episodes in, so will give it time. Was sorry to learn about the passing of Rey Stevenson.

Was sorry to learn about the passing of Rey Stevenson. Spoiler! Ahsoka seems really dour. She was so full of life in Clone Wars. She also runs slowly, and it felt wierd to see her hold her lightsabers pointing up. Neither robot is funny. I wish they would stop trying to force it. The sets looked really cheap. The ship at the beginning where the captain is swiveling the control panel and it's shaking like it's cheap plastic... because it's cheap plastic? The hanger looked like a fan fiction set. The "puzzle" for the star map seemed really simple? Like anyone could have found it? I liked Hera going after the cruiser while Ahsoka fought the droid and the inquisitor (or at least I assume that's an inquisitor based on Obi-Wan). Didn't see it coming that Wren was a Mando. Better look for her. Made sense why the droid was like "you're the least talented padawan I've ever met". Like both villians quite a bit. Feels like there is going to be some complexity there.
