The prospect of operating 'Brick and Mortar' is absolutely brutal at the moment...
Rents go up, Utilities are through the roof, insurance is insane, common costs are skyrocketing....
The thing is, all of these costs and expenses are connected. The business has to raise rates, everyone else has to follow suit and round and round we go, where it stops nobody knows....
