Harlequin Syndrome (not to be confused with Harlequin Ichthyosis)
We jokingly call it "having a Braveheart moment."
I've had all the tests, they don't know why it happens, it just does - the tests determined that it isn't a part if any other issue. Been happening since the spring of 2018. (not me in photo)
