No, the team absolutely 100% is (targeting a bubble team). If they weren’t, they wouldn’t be consistently managing their teams the way they do regardless of who the GM is. We won the division on the backs of Gaudreau - Lindholm - Tkachuk, two of which bailed, a hard to play for elite coach (who has now been kicked out), and a once in a career season by Markstrom.
The teams believe the way they conduct business/build teams is good enough. It’s not.
