Pho Dau Bo on 17th Ave SE is the best Pho in the city, hands down. The broth is absolutely amazing and mindlblowing how much flavour they can extract from the bones. It's the closest thing to authentic Vietnamese flavors this side of the pacific ocean.
They also have an amazing spicy lime-chili carpaccio, and a velvety smooth whipped egg Vietnamese coffee that I order every time.
Seriously, its the
best Vietnamese restaurant in the city. Once you've had their sate beef pho you won't be able to go anywhere else.
