We know he doesn’t hate WEF, he under the Harper government was an active participant.
So at a minimum he is lying about what conservative policies would be to engage in conspiracy talk to engage his base.
Now you can try to make the argument that he is unaware that the WEF conspiracy is just the latest version of the Jewish bankers rule the world and aren’t loyal to any country conspiracy. If that’s the case then you can given him a pass on the anti-Semitic portion of the dog whistle and it’s just political lying to appeal to his conspiracy minded base.
Or we can assume PP is a reasonably competent person and knows the history of anti-semantic tropes of secret groups controlling the world.
Either way if he is unknowingly using anti-Semitic dog whistles or if it’s intentional he should be called out on it.
The story being missed here though is that he is just outright misleading the public that the conservatives are anti-WEF.
