I honestly can't tell if Trump is actively lying, or if he honestly delusional. I would love for a medical professional to assess him and figure it out. If he is delusional, no amount of evidence is going to convince him he is wrong. It will just convince him more that the conspiracy against him is even bigger and more complicated.
Legally, I am not sure if it matters either way, I am just honestly intrigued with him as a specimen on an academic level.
