Tkachuk and Kucherov put up similar points (currently - Kucherov has done it for a longer period of time, though), but Tkachuk brings a lot more to the table than just that. Tkachuk can still impact the game in a big way without putting any points on the board... I'm not sure the same can be said for Kucherov.

I'd take Kucherov over Tkachuk. Tkachuk without points is often a negative - bad penalties, inspiring opponents, turning the officials against the team...
