So not only is Huby's tenure possibly not the same as his contract length, but he has that albatross of a contract hanging around his neck and will for the next 8 years. And based on last season, he's not great at dealing with pressure.
I totally get Huby is baking people cookies and hosting get togethers and making other players feel included...that all great stuff. My mom also does all that and she's the leader of our household. It's really great leadership skills. But I'm not sure it's enough. He probably actually needs to lead the team on the ice or the room.

Huby is not overpaid unless he repeats his dismal season this year.
