True... consistent excercize is the best way to do it. What do I know? I'm no doctor.
Even 50 KM's seems like alot though. I wouldn't be crazy enough doing that... that's just me.
I just wouldn't be suprised if 10km's as opposed to 50 would be better for you in the long run. Anyway, this doesn't have really anything to do with the topic at hand so i'll concede.
