Teams in the summer have a full roster but all it takes is an injury and the Flames hold the cards. Obviously there is the same risk with Hanifin if he gets hurt the Flames could be screwed but I think Conroy has set a price for Hanifin and is not interested in doing a deal in the summer unless he gets what he wants.
