Don't they start drop off locations for branches and leaves that overflow green bin in the fall? If you can wait that long, maybe it's an option?

I read that certain stick deodorants will work great around doorways. Like Irish Spring All spice. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm tempted to to keep random bugs and ants out. Seems like an inexpensive experiment before going with a more nuclear option.
Sometimes when stuff gets in, I'll bring in a blue light zapper and leave it nearby until I hear it go off. Works great with flies and moths at the very least.
