I went to Oahu in March this year and it was pretty sick. I had been there only once before for one night on the way to Maui. So crazy how it's the literal paradise you think of when you think of an island paradise.
Big Island is the only one that sucks major balls. Just so ugly and meh compared to the lushness of the other places.

Maybe not the place to debate this but I strongly disagree. Stayed in Kona on the big island in January and it was gorgeous, day tripped to some amazing falls and lush forests in Hilo area as well. Sounds to me like you maybe limited your travels to one area of Big Island?
I have stayed in Maui before as well, really sad to see this happening.
