Still in my 20s, still single with some money to throw around... but I did just quit my job, so not feeling amazing career-wise.
Almost have too many options: do I want to see the world, go all-in on dating and having kids, work like a dog to make property-buying money?
Any advice?

I think everyone has their own built-in clock. When the time is right for you, my suggestion would be to find out what you really like doing, do it to the absolute best of your ability, and find, or create a market for your skills. As society is changing so fast these days, I think it's important to plan it so that your skills are something that will be needed by others, as far into the future as you can see.
I think we often learn who we really are in our work, and as above, having the pride in what we do is important.
