I agree, I've only heard good things. Though I have a Zen Micro that the hard drive died

But I got it for 70% off so I wasn't too miffed.

EDIT: The ONLY bad thing I can think of is the software to sync up songs and stuff is propritary, it doesn't show up as a USB drive like other players do. You can allocate some of the space for a USB drive, but you can't put songs on it that way. And their software isn't the greatest (as is the problem with all Creative stuff IMO).
