Lower values are the highest ranked. So the most likely perceived source is that these are things we are misinterpreting, followed by military projects. It's interesting that time travelers ranks higher than actual aliens. Wish we had more than 11 entries, but we can probably say this is accurate within ±5% 19 times out of 20. That's how you are always supposed to end these things, right?
