Surprisingly, they were getting cheaper quotes from the same providers as other brokers, including Touchstone. Wawanesa was cheapest for my house, and there rate was several hundred lower for whatever reason.
They definitely don't have as many options as the independents, and really try ram you into Intact for auto insurance.
