Not her fault, I guess it's required in their software but #### off with that.

It's because they use a CRM and appointment booking software, so if you call to make an appointment they will look you up by your phone number since so many people often have the same first and last name.
I keep getting e-mails from Calgary Golf informing me that my tee-time for 7:45 AM at [random course] has been confirmed, so I have to call them back and tell them they have the wrong guy. It's for a tournament, and they don't have a phone number on the player list for the other guy, so the person entering the golfers just assumes it's me and put it under my file. Of course, if buddy doesn't show for his tee-time, *I* get banned for 15 days from booking tee-times, so feck that.

This was a huge thing I brought up in couples counselling before eventually splitting from my ex-wife; collecting all the negativity from your day, and jamming it into my f-cking ear right before I go to sleep. It's like going to bed angry, you wake up feeling like sh-t.
