Jays has the 2nd best ERA and 7th best wRc+ in the majors this year (and 5th and 6th in wRc+ is STL and LAA, who might not even make the playoffs). They are a contending team this year, so no need to sell the farm for upgrades at the margins.

Agreed completely. I do hope in the off-season they can look to sign an offender first OFer who can play average defence. Dalton has been good on D but a black hole on O. Can’t have that. As an OFer you need to be producing as you’re easily replaceable.
