I think they are a very well built team with a dominating midfield led by one of the best in Gerrard. Their defense is young and quick, and their forwards are fairly decent. Yet, such a Jekyll and Hyde team.

A knock-out tournament (and one that uses penalty kicks to break ties) is not the best way to determine the best side.
11 Kaká (Milan) scores! Clarence Seedorf, on the right side of the penalty area, heads the ball into the path of Kaká and from just inside the box the Brazilian fires a crashing drive into the bottom corner with his left foot beyond the reach of Edwin van der Sar. His tenth goal in this season' s competition means the tie is now 3-3 on aggregate but Milan have the upper hand on away goals.
30 Seedorf (Milan) scores! Seedorf is involved again and Milan go 2-0 ahead on the night as the Dutchman takes down a right-wing cross with his chest before evading the challenges of Darren Fletcher and Nemanja Vidić and slamming the ball low past Van der Sar into the same corner of the net as the first goal.
78 Gilardino (Milan) scores! Milan get a breakaway and Alberto Gilardino finds himself with a clear run on goal with just Van der Sar to beat. The Italian international can seal their place in the final here and he makes no mistake, slotting the ball right-footed into the net for only his third UEFA Champions League goal in 52 appearances.
