Just did a test (In inuvik) on my personal and my work cells, LTE speeds:

Koodo (telus): Download 9 mbps, upload 0.5 mbps
Bell: 23 down, 2.4 up

EDIT:
tried a second time on Koodo (7 down, 3 up)
