Do you have a club you can hit off the tee more consistently when the driver is off?
I played a round with just my 3wood and driving hybrid in the bag last week (no driver) and it was eye opening. Hit 13/14 fairways, all 190-240 yards and didn't have the lost balls I get with my driver.
For every 260-280 straight drive I hit, I get 2 lost OBs or into the trees that need a punch out. I've realized my score is suffering more from my driver than benefitting from it right now.
Maybe something to try if the driver is an issue.
