Not quite the same stat, but according to Wikipedia, only 124 players in NHL history have 100-point seasons. Only 17 have ever done it with two different teams. I'd have to look through the list to see how many of those 17 have done it in back to back seasons (other than Tkachuk and (obviously) Gretzky).

only one current HOFER on that list and he was born in Canada
