xGF: 56.0%
GF: 60.8%
5V5 Goals: 46
5V5 Points: 107

Aho:
DOB: July 26 1997
Corsi For: 56.3%
xGF: 56.5%
GF: 56.7%
5v5 Goals: 48
5v5 Points: 102

So in terms of on ice results and production you can't get a lot closer of a comparable than these two over the last three seasons. Of course Aho is 2.5 years younger which makes a big difference when signing an 8 year deal.

But I think this signing makes it a lot less likely that Lindholm would want to take anything less than $9.5M.

Aho carries his line and normally the best player on the team. Lindholm is not. They are not comparable except for Lindholm’s inflated numbers playing with Gaudreau

It would be stupid for someone to sign him to that contract
