I think they are a very well built team with a dominating midfield led by one of the best in Gerrard. Their defense is young and quick, and their forwards are fairly decent. Yet, such a Jekyll and Hyde team.

They are similar to the Flames in that their away record stinks in the Premier. Their home record is up there with the best (only 5 goals conceded in 18 games) but away from Anfield they fall to pieces. They will compete for the title if they can sort out this problem. I have faith in the manager and the new owners (Hicks and Gillett) have promised funds to be able to compete with the ManU's and Chelsea's. I'm fairly confident that we will see the Reds compete seriously for the Championship in the coming seasons.
