Mendicino, Lametti and Fornier are all out.

Now we're hearing that this is a major shuffle. That most positions are being shifted.

he four ministers set to hold on to their current jobs are Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry Francois-Philippe Champagne, Foreign Affairs Minister Melanie Joly, and Environment and Climate Change Minister Steven Guilbeault. Defence Minister Anita Anand is one of the ministers CTV News has learned will be getting a new gig, moving into an economic-focused portfolio.
Out of the ones keeping their jobs, I have respect for the job that Champagne has done in industry.

I think Anaud is pretty competition and will probably do better in a different role because her time in the Defense role was pretty uninspiring.

This is a massive shuffle, probably a reaction to the opening lead by the Conservatives in the polls. But it could signal the intention of the Liberals to fight an election long before 2025.

Oh good god. Rodriguez is moving from heritage to Transport. Blair from emergency to Defense. So take the guy who completely bungled Heritage and got punched int he face by social media and move him to one of the more difficult cabinet positions. And Blair who can barely read emails according to him and has been completely dishonest in multiple files and move him to the dying defense portfolio.

Now move Gerretson to a really high profile position, like treasury.
