Insurance is the absolute worst for this. Especially Canada Life. Even once you manage to talk to someone, you get passed around from department to department because nobody seems to know what the #### is going on since they absorbed half the other insurance companies in the country. It took us months to get our power of attorney with my dad sorted out.
