I don't think it's a bad addition to the healthcare system. It makes things easier for patients and helps reduce the load on the offices. It's costing the same amount of money for the system at the end of the day.

The self-administered prostate check is a bit tricky at first until you figure out the alignment of the mirror. Helps to put the phone on a tripod as well.
