I've been trying to do more cardio lately, but it's just too hot to get outside today, so I downloaded a cardio on youtube. It was okay, it's definitely a lot more high intensity than I'm used to because you're doing in 10 or 20 minutes what a walk would take you, you know 2 hours. So at some point this lunatic wants me to do mountain climbers, and between my car accident and football my knees are just no condition to handle that. So I just ran around the basement while he did the mountain climbers on the TV
