It's different when it's a book that's not doing anything for you, then it's just easy to ditch but I'm reading a 600 page biography of Jonathan Swift, the topic greatly interests me and I'm generally enjoying it, but I've been at it for over a month and am only halfway through. This is basically where I'm at with Gravity's Rainbow. Exactly half way through, and enjoying it well enough, though it is indeed every bit as exasperating and overwritten as I was promised but yah. Something shorter and a little easier to digest will be next after this one.
