Vegas won the Conference this year. They went to two Conference finals and the Cup finals prior to winning the Cup. Don't think any team other than Tampa has had that much recent playoff success. Last year was an anomaly when they had tons of injuries and their 2 best players missed more than half the season. Vegas is far from a surprise.
