I think the attributes that are most exciting about Honzek are his size, ability to protect the puck, and his booming shot. If he continues to fill out his frame and doesn't play timid, I think he's going to be a great player for us.
Also with all the talk of top line vs. middle 6 - I feel like Dube/Kadri/Mangiapane/Pelletier could all be considered strong 2nd line players, so even IF Honzek doesn't achieve 1st line status, it bolsters the "middle 6" which is important come playoffs
In a perfect world though, he'll hit his full potential and mesh well with Huberdeau or Kadri and put up 30-40 goals in his prime. Time will tell!
I hope he takes Iggy's advice to heart and we see him shooting a ton this upcoming season in Vancouver. If he lights up the WHL could we see him called up to the Wranglers for Playoffs?
