Ah, 4th Street and 40th in front of Fowler! Makes sense. My peeve with that intersection was the westbound traffic on 40th approaching 4th Street having a left-turn-only lane diverge off halfway around the curve, and only one dinky little sign further up 40th giving you any indication that there is an additional left-only lane ahead. I presume that's still the case. More than once in years past I've wanted to turn left onto SB 4th Street and ended up behind someone in the turn lane who wanted to continue straight...
