Carlo+ for Hanifin? Sure we can talk but they have no prospects, immediate picks, or in prime players I would consider moving for Lindholm.
The Flames are a great trading partner for Boston but Boston is a terrible trade partner for Calgary

The only thing that really interests me is their first round pick. If you look at bigger trades in recent years that turned into steals for the selling team, it was the first round pick that everyone assumed would be a poor pick that turned into a most valuable return. The Ottawa Senators trade for Duchene sent over a first round pick to the Avalanche that turned into Bowan Byram at 4th overall. The San Jose Sharks trade for Karlsson sent over a first round pick for Ottawa that turned into Tim Stuzle at 3rd overall. Those picks were assumed to be much lower in the draft than they ended up being.
I think even with the Elias Lindholm, the bruins would be due for a drop. I know people have said that for a few years now without it really happening… but losing Krecji, Bergeron and Hall should be a huge hit to their core. I could see that team taking one of the bigger steps back in the eastern conference. So that first round pick could be something that right now is perceived by many to be a late pick that could run into a really valuable asset.
