Having all the actors speaking English in French accents is a bit silly. The historical figures weren't actually speaking like that, they were speaking French (or various other local languages). So they should speak French, with subtitles, or just go with English, as they have.
Well actually, Napoleon spoke Corsican as his mother language, and was known for speaking French with a very thick accent. So I guess it would be more accurate to have Napoleon speak in either French or English with a thick Italian-ish accent. Let's just stick with English.
