Hotel/Motel Wash cloths
Perhaps somebody is in the hotel industry and can tell me about their policies.
A couple of weeks ago we (the IT department) received training in our own office. The company sent the trainer to Lethbridge and she stayed at a motel here. It was a 5 day course running Monday through Friday. On Thursday when she got back to her room after a day of training she saw a notice on the bed. The notice read something to this effect:
"It has been brought to our attention that you are using the wash cloths to wash makeup off of your face. Please stop."
From what I could tell she didn't even use a lot of makeup, so wdf? Isn't it normal practice for women to wash makeup from their faces with wash cloths? My wife does, and so do the wives of the other IT guys. What does the hotel expect her to do? Has anybody had this experience before, or heard of anybody being told not to clean their faces with a wash cloth?
