We've talked a lot about trade rumours involving top-6 scorers, but cap-issues aside, Conny better address team toughness this offseason, or we're gonna get steamrolled. Some UFA options to consider:

LW Nick Ritchie: 6'3",236lbs, 27 years old, and capable of putting up 20 goals, and 30-40 points. He doesn't fight that often, but he's one of the toughest in the league, and plays a physical game. Not very fleet of foot though.

LW Max Comtois: He's 6'2", and pretty nasty to play against. He skates well, and has offense when given the chance. He would be great on a line with Backlund and Coleman.

LW/RW Austin Watson: 6'4", 205lbs, 31 years old. Skates well, plays physically, excellent defensive player, can kill penalties, and will drop the gloves. 19 points in 45 playoff games.

LW Brendan Lemieux: 6'1",215lbs, 27 years old. Good skater, mean and nasty as hell- he stirs the pot, and brings energy. He shoots well, but isn't much of a playmaker, though he has a modicum of offense. Sometimes crosses the line, and can take dumb penalties.

C Colin White: 6'1",200lbs, 26 years old. Not a fighter, but plays a hard-nosed game, and is a good two-way player with good IQ. Versatile, he can play all forward positions. 41 points with the Sens in 2018-19. Excellent skater, and defensive player, but he's American.

RHD Cal Foote: 6'5",224lbs, 24 years old. He's not really a fighter, but he's big and physical with a booming shot, and he's not without skill. He can play a shutdown role.

RW Brett Ritchie: 6'4",215lbs, 30 years old. I think he's ok in a 4th-line role.
