I'd take the physical safety of most of Canada vs the mediocre cities every day of the week.

I took a lot of time thinking about this, I've been to every NHL city in the USA at least twice, If I would rank them best to worst:
Vegas
Tampa
Raleigh
Boston
.
the rest are PURE trash and would never live in one of them
