Thanks for the kind words. I have a trip to Nova Scotia flying out Sunday which should help. The layoff just took me completely by surprise so it's hard to take early on.

Today was a better day. Was excited for a couple hours at the potential for a fresh start. Didn't struggle to eat a meal for the first time in a few days. Still a lot of sadness but getting better.
