Ondrej Kase, 27, could be interesting. He only had 1 game last season, so I'm not sure if he can even play.
Evgeny Svechnikov, 26, is another interesting option. I'm also hoping to see more Russians on the Flames, so I'm a bit biased.
Paul Stasny, 38, doesn't fit your criteria, but he would be great in the 13th forward spot, and as a 4th line C.
