A guy I play beer league with is friends with one of the Flames media guys, he is always filling his head with behinds the scenes stuff. Most of which is true I am sure, but more often than not it has little impact on the team and results from an outside perspective.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sec214 is the same person, or doing the same thing.
There are always heaps of nitty gritty stuff that does or does not come out to the public or change the shape of the team.
